Box Office also opens one hour before events at which the Box Office is selling tickets.
We accept cash and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and we have EFTPOS facilities.
Policy
Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a particular event and is subject to the additional terms set forth in the PRACC Ticketing Policy.
Each person entering PRACC acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the Conditions of Entry.

eTickets
eTickets offer you convenience and improved access with tickets sent direct to your email.
You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete. Your eTickets will then be sent to you 1 day prior to your event as a PDF attachement. You can then choose to print your tickets or present them on your smartphone.
Collect
Tickets can be collected from the Box Office free of charge during opening hours or within the hour prior to the event.
Post
Tickets can be mailed at an additional cost. This option is not available if purchased within 10 or less days of the event.
Lost Tickets
Once you have confirmed your purchase, your tickets are secured in our ticketing system for you. If you misplaced your email, we can either reissue this for you or you can simply advise your name at the box office or event entry, and our team can verify your tickets.
Booking Fee
A booking fee of $2.00 per ticket is applicable on all tickets purchased, post delivery also has an additional cost.
Concession (Conc)
Unless otherwise stated, Concession includes Government Pension Card, Seniors Card, Health Care Card, and Full Time Tertiary Students.
Companion Card
Companion Card holders are eligible for a complimentary companion ticket to PRACC events and performances. Companion Card tickets are able to be booked over the phone or in person. Please have your companion card with you as you will be asked for details.

Infants and Toddlers
For children’s performances, those aged 12 months and under may enter free without a ticket.
For other events without age restrictions, children under 2 years may enter free and ticketless.
In both cases, they must sit on a parent or guardian’s lap as no seat will be provided.
Refunds
Please check the details, including date and time on your ticket at time of purchase.
Ticket types available and pricing is subject to change without notice.
