- Exclusive use of booked spaces
- Woodstock Theatre Stage and Auditorium
- Green Room (Dressing Room)
- Professional Theatre Equipment
- Lighting System including Standard Rig
- Audio System including Standard Playback
- Skilled PRACC Staff
- One Dedicated Technicians for all booked hours
Woodstock Performance Hire Fee includes:
- Venue Hire
- The above Woodstock Venue Hire inclusions
- Foyer Access for visitors
- Opens 1 hour prior to agreed event start
- Closes 30 minutes after event ends
- Two Staff to assist visiting patrons
- Show Relay to the Foyer
- Open Box office until shortly after event start
- Fire Wardens and First Aid Officers
Lighting Plot Fee includes:
- Access to Woodstock Theatre
- between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Maximum 5 hours access per plotting session
- Up to 3 hirer support persons permitted
- Skilled PRACC Staff
- Lighting System
- Standard Configuration
- Additional equipment required for programming will be charged at the equipment fees below
Dark Theatre Fee includes:
- Exclusive use of the booked spaces
- No access to the venue
- Theatre held in configuration for later use
- Must be no more than two consecutive dates
Penalty Fee includes:
- Public Holiday
- Fee applied in addition to all other fees
- Overtime
- Fee applied in addition to all hours outside the agreed hours of use
