Corporate Events – Flexibility and Support

If you are looking to host a small meeting, presentation, or dinner then our Blue and Red Gum Rooms are perfect. With several room configurations available, from a classroom to a banquet, the floor plans of these rooms are identical and can fit up to 300 people comfortably.

The Eucalypt Room is a combination of both the Red and Blue Gum Rooms and is our largest and most versatile space.

The Lakeview Room is an ideal space for board meetings, planning sessions or small corporate events.

As a well-known production space, PRACC have two theatre spaces. The Woodstock Theatre is an intimate theatre or seminar space, offering seating for up to 175 people in comfort. For larger lectures or full-on stage productions, the Yan Yean Theatre is the centrepiece of PRACC, seating 495 and regularly hosting the best touring theatre shows in Australia.

Of course, one of the outstanding features of PRACC is that we have 40 acres of manicured gardens and reserves – so your corporate event does not have to remain indoors. You can arrange break-out space outside or create team-building exercises in the grounds.

You know the event you want to create – and our team are on hand to help. We have put together some event packages that will make it easier to decide what you need from us. We can provide everything you need, from projectors, screens, and lecterns, to microphones and PA systems for your Audio/Visual support. We also provide delicious food – our catering teams make the most of local ingredients and skilled chefs to provide morning and afternoon tea, sandwich platters and hot canapes, so your delegates will not go hungry.

As part of your event package, we will also assign you a dedicated event planner. The event planner will support you throughout the process – from booking to conclusion, so you will have a dedicated person on hand to answer all your questions.
