Kick off an international conference with the world-class stage production options of the Yan Yean Theatre, then host sessions in the other rooms, outdoor courtyard, or use our 40 acres of lawns and reserves for infinite experiential options.

Whilst our theatre stage and largest function rooms can be used to display products as large as a 4WD, our lawn areas make PRACC one of the few conference locations in Melbourne where you can display large mining trucks or even a combine harvester.

Then finish off your event with a gala dinner for up to 500 or cocktail party for 700.

We’re located just 24 minutes from Melbourne airport and 40 minutes from CBD at Ferres Blvd, South Morang, so if you do need accommodation, there’s plenty nearby. Or if you’re driving, we have free car parking spaces for you to use

With a wealth of expertise and experience – we’re always on hand to help. We don’t just have the venue; we have almost everything you need. Ticket sales, catering, decorations, tables, chairs, AV, and more. You can host any event with us, and we’ll make it special. We hold our North Melbourne function rooms to the highest standard, both inside and out.

Since 1997, we have grown and grown, and continue to host bigger and better events, but we’ll always be there for the community when they need us.

With so many different rooms available, we almost definitely have one to suit your event. All rooms are flexible (except theatres) and can be set up however you like with tables and chairs, and some of our rooms can even be connected to make one big room. Each room is a different size for different capacities, and while some might be better suited for your event than others, we’ve got a venue for every event. All under one roof.

With over 40 acres of lawn and gardens for you to enjoy, PRACC is a great place to hire in the summer. Enjoy dining experiences, outdoor meetings and activities, or perhaps just get together with some drinks in the beautiful outdoors.

Every event at PRACC, no matter how big or small, can be catered by our expert chefs. Afternoon tea? Sorted. Canapes by the lake? No worries. Mid-meeting sandwiches? Not a problem. Banquet for 200 or even 500? We’ve got you covered. Have a look at our menus or let us know what you need in advance and our experienced wait staff will do the rest.
