Kick off an international conference with the world-class stage production options of the Yan Yean Theatre, then host sessions in the other rooms, outdoor courtyard, or use our 40 acres of lawns and reserves for infinite experiential options.

Whilst our theatre stage and largest function rooms can be used to display products as large as a 4WD, our lawn areas make PRACC one of the few conference locations in Melbourne where you can display large mining trucks or even a combine harvester.

Then finish off your event with a gala dinner for up to 500 or cocktail party for 700.

We have a range of different rooms available and all of them benefit from the stunning views of our landscaped gardens. You will find that each room is light and airy, so they are a pleasure for your guests to spend time in.

Your guests can also enjoy our outdoor space during break times, or you could even choose to have some outdoor activities set up in our grounds. With over 40 acres, there is plenty of space.
